Door-to-Door Appointment Setter
Responsible for generating qualified painting estimates by speaking with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. This position is not responsible for selling painting projects — success is measured by consistently creating opportunities for the estimating team through quality conversations and scheduled appointments.
The ideal setter is energetic, coachable, resilient, and comfortable hearing “no” dozens of times each day.
